YouTubeACC,VPS,Video Uploaders,CPA,PrivateProxy – need YOUR help

Hellooo!

Bad, bad things recently happened. My YT acc was flagged and I lost my all earning videos from YT. Just started to work at the other acc and BAM a message from YT that someone has flagged my video and acc suspended bla, bla bla...

I was trying to make videos unique but one of my video was content form vendors video but without violating any other copyrights.
I was really, really angry and disappointed because so much work i put in those videos and because of competitor, why he/they flagged me?
But I will not be like them I will never flag my competitors, it's like a game - who will be the first.
But Now I will play with another rules and I need your help.

Before I was playing only with quality - Fail. Now I want quality and quantity.

My plan is to make -

1. for example 10 PVA YT account with quality videos about 10 on each
2. for example 10 PVA YT account with quantity videos about 20-30 on each.
3. I will make my own videos for quality accounts- twist them little bit
4. I will download YT videos for my quantity YT accounts+ twist them.
5. Will use Clickbank and Will try some CPA network with content locking.
6. Will make landing page on free and paid Hosting

Tools what I need (please help) :

1. Private proxies (will buy about 20 for the start)
2. Some tool (Firefox addon etc.) which can I use for proxies when I surfing on my own PC
3. Video uploader/downloader - where I can customize tags, titles and description.
4. Windows VPS - is there some which comes with software's like "Bookmarking De..n" ( hate this word ) etc.?
5. CPA network - Which one is The Best with this and will accept me fast - Mgcash, etc.?
6. YouTube PVA accounts (will buy about 40 for the start) Do I need emails also?
7. What else?

I'm in Norway right now, working here hard but I will return to my Home Land Latvia very soon. I really happy with that but today I know that It will be really hard to find a god job in Latvia. I'm not saying that it's impossible there is job for 400-600$/month but in Latvia its really low if you have family, baby, flat rent, bills etc.
I don't want to come back to Norway and leave my wife and son alone.
