I have ordered Basic plan for one of my blogs (low competition, emd). After initial boost (was on first page) I think I got slapped by the penguin. This is the only service I have used for backlinking.....

closhar7 you should work all the time on your blog you can not make one submission and stop there if you are serious about your business, so google can see you are viral. We did our best but now it's all on you

LOL how you can be scammed when you got your full reports?
You can easily see what was done for you.

Also we have track your keywords and there was SERP move in past 2 weeks. I check it and when we start to work on your projects your site wasn't in top 10 pages, now you are on page 5 for your main keyword.

I will also check you other keywords and will send you PM.
