now i am having problems with fanpage liker or comments... though i use the software..the like or comment doesn't show on the actual fan page... any solution to this.
NB: i note that most problems are discussed further on skype..put they would be better resolved on BHW so that people to ask the same questions..i.e. they can find answers here to similar problems

Hey Bro,
I appreciate your concerns about resolving issues on BHW. However this thread is meant for sales purposes only where clients/customers can ask pre-sales questions and queries about features of the software before making a purchase decision.
We have a dedicated Support Team which works in a well laid down process via Team Viewer and Skype and it works out very well for all our clients here on BHW. The support team works in 2 shifts even during the night so our customers get 24/7 support round the clock.
Looking at which I would request you to avail the proper support channel that we have made available for ALL FD customers. We would not be able to provide support via this thread or via here on BHW as this is NOT the channel to give support. The support team doesn't have access to BHW or any forums anyways, neither they can respond here. So its useless trying to get support by posting your issues here.
There are lots of issues which Windows Application developers face while deploying a client side application like FD. There are over 5 Windows Versions(XP, Vista,7, Server 2003, Server 2008) and 32/64 bit versions of these. Its not always possible to test the software under all possible circumstances in all possible OS configurations. Also a software like FD which has over 18 working modules targeting 100s of FB features which have been automated always has some of the other feature broken which needs an update. Just imagine if every client like you comes here and keeps on posting that this feature is broken for me, it will clog our thread with un-necesaary comments, where as spending 2 mins with the online support might solve the issue immediately.
So its my humble request to you to avail the proper support channel that we have created.

I sent a SKYPE request today to: me100rabh. I am interested in this software ONLY if it does completely what it states it does, so I will be requiring a demo. I am very familiar with FB Friend Adder software and currently use Ocommunity FB Adder, but have HUGE issues with support and the way the program operates (too many small issues). I am now looking for a great alternative and am hoping that FB Dominator will help me with this situation.
I've read a lot of reviews about the problems and recent customer support issues, so hopefully all this has been resolved by now, as I am not trying to go through this again with another piece of software/company.
Please have support contact me ASAP.

I actually added me100rabh to SKYPE over 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. I don't even think he accepted my request. I will be purchasing another "FB Friend Adder" program here shortly, but it seems like the service, so far, isn't what it's been hyped up to be.
So far, I will probably go with Livelybrowsers Friend Adder, as they have been EXTREMELY helpful on the support front.
BTW, anyone reading this......STAY AWAY from Ocommunity Facebook Suite. Their program is buggy and their support is nearly non-existent. I just wasted $200 on that program and if I can save anyone else from wasting their money, then I'm glad I could help.
