Scenario:

I have a txt file (notepad) with 1,000 tweets/lines of content.

I want to convert those into an RSS Feed and then randomly tweet 1 of them every X minutes, through Twitter, but won't delete it.

Any ideas? Are there any apps out there or websites which will do the converting? Once I have the RSS Feed, I'd need to be able to randomly post any of the 1000, but I'm thinking dlvrit/twitterfeed will only look at the top, say, 100 of the RSS Feed.

I know Tweet Adder would do it, but I imagine it would take a lot of RAM. I'd prefer this to run on it's own, without the need for any sofware running on my VPS.

You can make those text lines like a posts on wordpress site or blog, and use plugin Tweet My Old Post, he randomly choose posts and publish on twitter in time frame what you set up. Also those posts you can post over twitterfeed.com.

Are you referring to this?
Code:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tweet-old-post/

I get what you're saying.... 50 tweets would need 50 posts.

The thing about Twitterfeed is I thought it'll only post once in an RSS? It won't post the same thing twice?

You can make those words selections like a articles using running a weblog services systems site or weblog, and use device Tweets posts My Old Publish, he at unique select articles and post on twitter in period what you set up.
