This looks like something I spent hours searching for online. I'm looking for something that helps speed up my social interaction and forum posting time but doesn't appear as though I'm a bot but rather a human.
If we had released updates for the 3th version more often we would have got more profit by getting payments for updates. But we went another way because the 4th version is completely new software with new features written from scratch. There were no ways to release the 4th version by parts, that's why it took such amount of time.

I think users who purchased 7+ months ago should get some kind of upgrade discount for having to wait so long with no updates. Otherwise the people who jumped on this early and helped fund development are almost being punished compared to people who bought this within the last few months, and are getting ZP4 as a free upgrade... just my .02c.
We provide free 6 months of updates to fix bugs during this period if they are. Finally giving the software with all announced at the moment of purchase features. It took us much more effort, time, money to develop the new version of ZennoPoster than the 3rd one. And it costs for you just an update price. (in case you bought it earlier than 6 months ago). But, nevertheless, you are even asking for a discount. Do you find this OK?

I was simply stating what I thought was fair. I have no problems paying the $90 (or whatever it is to get more upgrades, can't remember, it's been so long since I've checked). But the fact that we never even got to use an upgrade during the entire time we had the 6 month coverage, because you basically stopped support and development on ZP3 and moved on to ZP4 just kind of bugs me.
Anyways, I'm sure ZP4 will be worth the upgrade price, excited to see what you've had in the works. Hope it's as amazing as expected.

nuaru, last year i request my ubot refund because i found out Zennoposter more flexible and add more feature. But then my ZP development stops because simply it cannot simulate keystroke and simulate mouse required code creator (C# / php skill). So i have much expectation on ZP 4 coz i consult on ubot forum, and it seem they able to do my 'task' easily.
So really hope you really put all effort on new ZP so we, your client, are not regret regarding our decision to purchase ZP. There's rumors that ZP 4 is on beta testing... maybe you can 'leak' a screenshot or any UI, so all of us are feel more comfortable coz zennolabs is preparing something great and huge.

New version of ZennoPoster is been testing by a few our Russian users (because UI yet hasn't been localized into English).
You will be able to simulate keystrokes without coding skills in new version of ZennoPoster.
We understand your expectations but we do our best to release new version as soon as possible. Leaking of screenshots will only bring new questions and it will only put us off work and will delay the release. It is on beta test and coming out soon.

Why You do this kind of promotion and then don't update ZP3 and leave us in middle of nowhere with ZP4? this is interesting, how about if people buy the update for 6 month, and there's no update during the period, i think zennolab should have policy to allow subscriber to get the latest update after his/her subscription period is over.. at least an update would be fair.
