2 hours left, I'll not take the 7k offer that I was offered by message. Keeping the site, Unless someone decides to BIN for 8k at the last moment.

Meanwhile, I'm getting 300+ visitors now and averaging about $33 daily. This auction is pretty much over - UNSOLD. I may re-list again on flippa, after a month.

It's been great learning stuff.

Thankful to meathead and others for their insighful advices and suggestions.

I don't know your rankings/traffic so I cant comment on if this can easily be scaled.

My point is your site is new, other website have 12months+ past earnings data and yours doesn't so it could go either way. Happy flipping!

lol not so easy.. it took me 3 months to take the site where it is.

it has thousands of backlinks and over 100 articles. creating an authority is is difficult, time consuming and expensive. but yeah, I plan to create 10-12 such sites a year in future.

For anyone selling their adsence sites on Flippa, i highly recommend that you change your account to the charity adsence account during the sale.
Why? Because you dont want to end up like me. I was selling my site and some asshole clicked on my adsense site over 900 times. Just before payday that month my account was banned. You have been warned. Lots of jealous people on Flippa.

That sounds like a good tip. That sucks people are wack enough to do that shit though. BH'n is one thing, but playa-hating goes too far these days.

BTW, i saw you Relisted your site again, im monitoring your sale The only thing i cannot understand is why are you playing there, in my eyes and other serious Buyers - u already look as a SCAMMER , Why ? Because you avoided to SELL first time for $7000, now you relisted for $8.999 and for 30 Days, and you already changed your listing time (a few days ago) to 8 days and Price to $8000 thats mean you are in Hard Need of Cash, and probably you asked somebody to help u to sell this site first time there, he is helping you to increase Bids...
Now you cant get more than $4550, and you have less than 12H ...

Nothing Personal, but your actions are not understandable...
