From a quick look however, you might get away with 5k - 10k on flippa.. more if you have a product and you're making money on the site.

Thats why i have coded my links.
5k to 10 is ok but it is a brand name now as you know that the original site is no more.

I am currently looking for an established forum but my only problem with your one is that it doesn't look active enough to be worth that kind of money.

I'm no expert so I may be wrong but personally I wouldn't pay that amount unless it was busier and earning money.

My evaluation is $500 tops unless you can show some sort of revenue or good traffic stats. All members created in the last 4-5 months and have few posts. No reference material posted by long term members and the bulk of the posts are just spam. I see very little that would engage visitors and encourage long term members. All it has is potential but potential without work and investment is just a dream.

Yes I have used some methods to get some money for the forum to run.
Like i have used adsense to the forum but wasn't getting much from it, something like 60$ to 80$ a month only.
So to get forum going i started Asking For Donation, and there was a good response, And almost 50 people donated to the forum and in return they got some good backlinks packages which i outsourced.

Currently i don't have any time to look after my forum so i decided to sell the forum.

So i asked your help to get an estimate for the forum to sell, as it has some descent traffic with a good brand domain name.

What is your monthly revenue from it?
