Fiverr - Facebook Like Scam Gigs?

So, anyone else noticed a rise in fake or scam like gigs on Fiverr?

A lot of them being added, things like '10,000 likes to your 2 page within 24 hours' etc..

I might be naive but i thought i would give 2 a go turns out the seller was asking me to private email him? said i wouldn't and he kindly cancelled the gig...

I never had a problem, had 1500+ likes delivered in 48 hours. Can't find the gig anymore though. If it seems too good to be true, like 10,000, it probably is. Sometimes there's featured gigs for likes, those generally will be safest.

obviously it is scam!
No one will give you 20k likes total for $5! even though they are fake!

Don't get me wrong there are plenty of legit ones on there from 1000-2000 likes which i have purchased.. it's just in the last couple of days there has been a rise of these people posting fake gigs...

I just don't see what they hope to get out of it?

Unless they are just hoping that people will pay for the gig, then not realise they have not delivered & give them positive feedback? lol

I have noticed a lot of them are being removed not too long after appearing on fiverr..

what's the problem you can order and if they couldn't deliver just reject the order and ask for a refund or contact fiverr support and they will refund you

Taking this a little personally? lol i wasn't really saying there was a problem, i was asking what they are trying to achieve by doing this & asking if anyone else had noticed... i guess you could have just read above to find that out..
