When you go to a bank or call them you ask them to open a savings account or checkings account... you use that account to open a new paypal. You can do this as many times as you like.

OK and what about my name? If they ask for a Photo ID? I can't fake it

If you are opening a business paypal account, you can provide your business name. If you do not know how to do this then you didn't have a biz paypal account to begin with.

Get a new checking with Wells Fargo, Chase, BoA, etc. for a brand new sock PP account. You can do it online and open most only for a $25 minimum checking account. Everything is fully set up within a couple of days so you would be good to go.

- use a VPS
- use a completely new ID
- use a vcc and vba
