I have Scrapebox but for so high PR and .gov backlinks i will go manual commenting
 
I hate reading all of these "Thanks great post" when there is a thank you button on them, but in this case I don't think that button does justice. Great post and thanks heaps. You have way too much time on your hands, but I am glad you share such a valuable resource.
 
This is a great thread idea and an amazing resource. Gives me lots of good ideas for finding fresh .gov and .edu links that might not be here! I'll have to see what I can come up with.
