I have seen all sorts of stuff with almost 10 accounts that I have made so far but now in one of my accounts my ad is under review from 4 days but i am getting clicks and impressions and my account is not even under review! I can smell the ban hammer coming but I hope it comes just when i have exhausted my coupon!

@imperuim dont run more than 1 adwords campaign per website at a time when the campaign is done ditch the account,create a new account and start a new campaign for that site. If google gives you shit just tell google you recently bought the domain from ebay or whatever and that you're the new owner.

I'm sick of "account was suspended because the billing information could not be confirmed" killing the method, too much negative given to the thread, if you can make it works than post it or else leave the thread alone. Why? because we have enough "suspended" accounts in here due to your COUPON CODE record does not match with your fake billing info. :ranger:
Before I even get started, I decided to call Google an act like I wanted to set up an account with them. That got me through to a sales rep. I asked if there was a way to review my site before I got started because I didn't want the frustration of getting everything set up only to have my site suspended. The sales rep reviewed my site, ran it through their qualifier and said everything looked good. Then she checked the links and said my site has a problem because it's a bridge page, i.e., takes visitor from my site to the vendor site. So, I've sent an email to the affiliate program I'm working with to see if there's any way to create a sales page that allows the prospective buyer to stay on my site and make the order. We'll see what happens from there.
Lets not forget about the value of knowing that you can get Adword Vouchers for $5 without going through all the BS of being one of the ones who get them for free. There are many other way of using them for small test even if you had to get your mom to make an account. (kidding about the Mom thing)

If you're going to post something like you did, at the very least include SOME of the following:
- why it won't work
- whether you are speaking facts or opinion
- whether you've tried it
- what kind of experience you have in similar methods
Otherwise all you've done is increased your post count by one - which was probably your goal but does nothing for the rest of us.
PS. I just looked at your post history and verified that you have pretty much been putting in one liners. It is better to read and ask questions than to post things like "this won't work" and "that's interesting"... stop posting just to increase your post count.

It's ok for posters to say what works and what does not work for them.
Thats how we learn together and figure out the best way that it works.
If you have some information about the coupon codes, then tell us the
whole story. What does the billing information have to do with the
coupon code? It seems that most users here use fake billing info and it
works for some and not for others. I would like to find out why and how
to get around it.
I have been trying trail and error on this since Nov. 2011 with no success
thus far.

This will work. But let me explain why it won't work for more than 90% of the people who try (made up figure but whatever). You assume you can buy a voucher, put in a false billing address and start up an ad. But if the location of the voucher doesn't match your country (by your IP) then you'll get banned because they can't verify your billing address (they know you're using fake information).
Next, if you've ever had a suspended account, and try to make a new account with the same computer (okay, you can use the same computer), use a virtual machine, on the VM use a VPN before you connect to anything. You're going to want to use a fresh gmail account, you can view IP activity in your gmail account, you don't want to have any other IP's besides the one your using through your VPN. From now on associate that IP with that adwords/gmail account.
Next is the voucher problem, buying them off fiverr is a great way to get your account banned. (Some will fly, other's won't). But it's up to you, you can make your own vouchers for $1 using hostgator so you'll know they're for the U.S. Make sure your address matches your VPN's IP. Use a locator to see where it puts you, then use an actual address in that area.
Most of the accounts I make this way work fine, yeah, it's work. But I mean, you've either gotta spend money or time. In this case it's time. If you don't want to end up wasting time it helps to be very cautious and paranoid.

HG holds the voucher for 24 hours after registering a new account. Within those 24 hours, they ask you to verify your identity (they certainly asked me for after I made up a new paypal and tried to buy hosting with that). If you already have an existing account with them, they can track you down and won't give you the voucher.
How do you suggest I go around that? VCC?

I have BoA (bank of america) so it lets me generate VCC's on the fly. Spend a buck, everything checks out with the information, it charges the card and everything's verified on the backend with BoA. To HG it just looks like the same person is opening up multiple accounts, no harm no foul.

So if one person opens multiple accounts, HG will give out vouchers everytime? Couldn't you just use the same and non-virtual CC/PP and use a coupon each time?
So even if we are successful in getting an adwords account open and add the credit how do we get passed the whole bridge page and landing page scenario? Is it just not allowed to do PPC and have them land on landing page where they will be redirected to a affiliate checkout page after they click a "buy now" or "add to cart" button?
