I just registered to upload pay. I am a noob on PPD and this whole earning online thing. Anyway my question is about the 20mb limit. Thats a per file limit right? so I have to compress and split the file I am uploading.

The smart thing to do:
1.) Create a text file containing a universal password and upload it to UploadPay
2.) Create another text file containing the download link to the text you just uploaded to UploadPay
3.) Create passworded rar/zip files of whatever it is you were planning on sharing. Then drag-n-drop the text file(The one that contains the download link to the universal password) into the passworded rar/zip. By doing this it will allow people to open the text file(In turn allowing them to view the universal password link to UploadPay) but not be able to open the passworded content inside of the RAR.
3.) Upload those rars to a site like mediafire/rapidshare
4.) Spam the links to the rar files everywhere - But not here of course!!

Be smart about the names of the text files. I name the texts I put in my rar/zip files "Important - Password Inside" or something similar.

It was 100MB but people were abusing it like crazy uploading files and not using them. It is currently 20MB, but it is subject to change. You can always use the passworded text file trick for a file abve 20MB for now.

This sounds really interesting. Thanks for all the helpful responses. I read all 9 pages with great interest and am seriously thinking about giving this a try. Any idea when the tips page will be done yet? I'm rather in need of that ... this is a new type of venture for me. Thank you.

I'm really sorry I haven't gotten to the tips and tricks section yet. I'm currently in the process of launching a local webdesign business, so that is eating up almost all of my time. I will try to write some guides and methods up in my spare time and put them up as I go.

I have a doubt,i uploaded a file and it said it has 10 downloads but having only 0.8 in balance.I think that even views are calculated as downloads.Please reply me.

I'll let my coder know. The download count is tied to other stuff. For example if someone downloads it with a premium account 9 times, it will count as a download.

Depends on what kind of traffic you drive and what kind of files you are uploading. I have reports from a number of people that are saying they are getting better conversion rates on Upload Pay than Sharecash.

We also have the ability to customize the landing page a little bit, so this is definitely something the other networks don't have.

i saw that you said you don't allow fake content or copyrighted stuff and a file will be removed upon dmca request. is there a ban followed by that or simply a deletion of said files? and say you earn out of files like that which later get removed, will payment be blocked?
