new some guidance with new keyword

i found a really good kw, one is a five word domain it has

210 exact a month with high cpc 65 bucks .com avalible, trend not bad

2nd one only 210 exact 4 word domain cpc 25 bucks, low trend . net

3rd 3 word kw .com 210 exact and 49 cpc, trend good

im trying to figure out which one to go with, your advice would be great

sick CPC for some reason i never had that kind of revenue out of them and they are instead like 0.4€ents per click.
