I'm need for a CPA Netowrk with lots of good Ringtone offers. Primarily for USA and CANADA, but international offers are good too. The offers should pay atleast $5 per lead, and should be mobile submits. If anyone know of a good CPA Network that has these offers. PLEASE do tell me I am currently with Adscendmedia, AdworkMedia, EMediaTraffic, and StrongerAds.

No there are too many offers for countries i have never even heard about ! I need offers for major countries!

You are not going to get into cpatank with out someone vouching for you, and it cant just be anybody has to be someone that making money with them.
