made on average $350 per mth in the last 3 months

The previous months were lower because i wasnt pushing it, once i started the revenue started increasing


Market Samurai - 40 exact and 112 broad (daily traffic estimate) for the money term

Anyway I was wondering if It would fetch ANYTHING at all? It was one of the first projects I started. I purchased the KW from a guy on another forum and bought an article, SEO'd it, backlinked it and didn't do anything for months. Checked it out recently and was pleasantly surprised to see its a PR1.

I think its a pretty good amazon/adsense prospect. Selling goodyear products and such. I have no idea how much monthly traffic it gets. Probably none.

Anyway I'd appreciate opinions.

610$ monthly revenue (478$ from Adsense, 132$ from direct partnership)


Note: Google analytics and Adsense have only been added mid-february, so I only have one month and a half of earnings and analytic data to provide to buyer.

Site is 1.2 years old. Monetized with Adsense. I put adsense on this site last year in December. Site has 12 500 words unique articles, many high potential keywords and im working on them. This site is from cruising niche. All time CTR is 16.83%. Traffic source: G organic and 100UVs a day.

So last four months Adsense earnings in euros:

December: €39.37
January 2012: €211.26
February: €257.45
March: €77.28 so far

Mighty Panda bites my site and it takes my 1# ranking to 2# for my main keyword. Im working on it to get it back as soon as possible. Can you tell me estimated value of this site according to this data?

I would wait until you've got that ranking back. Your selling price is going to take a massive hit with those March earnings vs February. If you can get it back to ~250 a month, you'd be looking around 4000 euros (so ~$6k).

Ideally, you'd want at least 3 months of revenue proof before selling.

Also I am not sure if traffic stats would really be a selling point for this kind of website because its all direct sales.. should i still give some kind of estimate of views vs. sales? I havent done any kind of sales promoting and sales/product sending is automatically handled. Passive earnings have been increasing every month so far.

First I would like to thank meathead for all the time that he takes to value the sites that are posted. I came across this site while looking for some kind of reasonable value on our site as we have received several offers and are considering a sell. We have 20,000 members
Monthly Unique 53,998
Monthly Visits 104,441
Pageviews 493,084
New Visits 49.55%

Our average income for 2011 was $2950 mo.

Our current income is a bit less as we have lost an advertising contract. The buyernisnofcourse a media company who doesn't seem to care too much about the contract that we lost.

I am a little nervous snout their offer as it seems a little too good to be true. I have had offers before but never this good before so I need someone with a completely unbiased opinion to give me their thoughts on this.
