Is Nukex,xrumer, etc. still working?

Hey everyone,
just looking for a little friendly advice...with the newest big G "update" ( typed with sarcasm ) I'm concerned that tools such as senukex and xrumer are becoming obsolete..now I just purchased Senukex in March of this year ( started using on March 1st to be exact ) of course now I feel with my luck I'm late to the party with this tool cause I have not seen any results yet ( I know it might be too early to tell yet ) but I hear so many different answers from other forums and such were some people say keep using it and some people say its a waste of money with the Google updates penalizing people who use it..
then I hear the same thing about xrumer and other SEO tools like scrapebox and I guess my question is should I continue with Senukex ?? ( keep in mind this site I'm using it for is almost 6 months old )

Also I was thinking of using xrumer but not too keen on spending that much for something I have questions about first...any suggestions on that?? I would like to buy a quality blast first to test it out..

And finally should I wait on this stuff for a week or two till Google figures out what the hell there doing first? Thanks....

I personally wouldn't make any investments in automated link building software right now - wait a couple of weeks.

I have a feeling with the update it will just matter even more than ever how you use it. Using the tools isn't enough - using them well will continue to work. Whether or not it is the best option or worth the price is a whole other question.

On a slightly different note, you will eventually get used to people constantly proclaiming that such and such a tool no longer works and this or that backlinking method is obsolete. It's somewhat of a constant phenomena though it happens more frequently after major updates.

We've been using senukex for about 3 months and starting to see some results but the big G did their thing and we're now at rock bottom. Let the dust settle then see what happens before throwing money at something like that.

OP, don't buy any of listed software in title, go with magic submitter

Thanks everyone who has responded so far, as far as using senuke, so far I have run 10 campaigns since March 1st ( 2 of them were the full montys spread over 5 days & 7 days ) and each time I have used different anchor text some exact some not to mix it up and I am using article builder which was just integrated into it plus I am only nuking deep pages not my homepage, so I'm trying to make it all look as natural as possible and on the bigger nukes I use three profiles so hopefully that doesn't raise any eyebrows at "G"...
it sounds like I should not use it for a couple of weeks till things settle down I just hate that I'm paying 147 a month for something I can't use now and something that may not even work anymore..of course on their forum the grass is greener and everything is just peachy which is why I'm here looking for opinions from the outside...

Why not use the software you have to make some fiverr sales for now? Also the problem everyone is having right now is no one knows what is working and what is not... Why not think about grabbing another EMD with a different extension and experimenting on that? So if you have bluewidgets.com grab bluewidgets.us and put up a couple of pages (hosted somewhere else) and play with your nuke. See what works and what does not. This way if you do fuck something up there is no harm done to your site.

I think this is very short sighted. Unless you have not been on the forum in a week + you should know that no one knows what in the hell is going on right now and we are less sure than ever what is working to give you positive results and what will hurt you.

I have seen people make shitty posts and blaming senuke and other software just because they can't use it properly

people here have blamed AMR since 2 years and you know it worked gr8 till somedays ago ,even now its good for diversity

google just want good links , coming from good juicy[2 vdeos ,1 img ,some html tags] rather than anchored shitty nuke blasts, till now 80-90% of my searches show google increased priority to relevancy ,D0f0ll0w links and non-kw anchors.yes there are some exceptions but who cares every algo has glitches .

links from active thread is better rated than thread having old and low no. of posts,its all about "artificial" rationality

For one of my sites in the last month (4 yrs old) I ran 2 full Montys and blasted 8 UAW articles and saw no penalty. All of the articles were HANDSPUN. I was not as careful with my anchor as I should have been and will be including more "natural signals" (good, great excellent, etc.) in my links in the future. This is not an affiliate site and I have some authoritative sites linking to it, so that may be a factor in not dropping. For a lot of the terms that I really over-optimized for in the month, we saw big gains. Really odd given the environment... If you spin now, it has to be GOOD! Unless you are linking to a T3 or 4 I would take a lot of time spinning the article. After you spin it, post it to Grammarly (I can't post links yet just G it) and try to make sure it scores at least 50/100 - Tip from Josh that does some tuts for Nuke. If you think about it, it makes sense. Most people will not put in the energy that it takes to get a really really good spin on an article and it is those people that Penguin will snack on...if you are spinning.

I have a blast-related question. I got a senuke blast from Fiverr and used it on Tier 1 (web 2.0s). BLs start showing up now and many of them come from porn sites. Can they cause a penalty for my MS even though the blast wasn't done directly to it?

I would suggest OP to invest time and money to ubot or zennoposter. You build your own bots and and never rely on anything that goes public now
