ok, so my account was limited.. I got all the documents they asked for thanks to a guy on this forum and guess what??? They did a permanent limit!! SO now i have no access to the money for 180 days...

I'm so pissed.

Is there any way I can buy stuff with or withdraw soon?

You have to wait 180 days. And then after the 180 days, you have to call them, confirm your identity, and then wait for them to transfer your money.

Murdering is not the solution, although it may be slightly entertaining. After 180 days, you will get your money back. In the meanwhile, you can use PayPal alternatives like Alertpay, Liberty reserve, Moneybookers, or you can go stealth.

When its in perma limit nothing you can do. They will deposit the money into the linked
bank account , or mail to the address provided. If you have acces to neather the bank acc or the address on file, money is gone.. Start a new account, or pick another option

Several of us (including myself), received a permanent ban from Paypal for a limited account for which REAL documents were submitted, so the issue isn't the documents. Paypal is a crappy processor, period. The key seems to be to submit a SSN with some form of address verification, and having a few docs at the ready when setting up a stealth account to begin with. If accepted by PP, they won't as easily limit the account, and even if they do, it is much easier to recover the account. What most have been doing is starting an account with just a VBA and/or VCC, then launching transactions (perhaps on varying IPs and too rapidly), thus triggering PP's limitation program.

Paypal are a stubborn bunch. My SEO clients paid me yesterday, I hit the $10,000 mark and was instantly limited.

Now i'm sending all my documents in the hopes that they unlimit me, and its funny because they say I am a "top billing" client but they still did this.

OP i totally agree with you , paypal is crap but unfortunately we have to play by their rules as it is the most wide known payment option in order to make sales , just wait 180 days and they will allow you to transfer the funds to another paypal or to a bank , i would recommend using many stealth accounts
