Banned from eBay, how can I get back on?

I'm sure these messages come up a lot on these boards but I'm banned from eBay. Why? Because I was an idiot and I had $100 in my PayPal and started bidding 100$ on a bunch of stuff, ending up winning like 10 things and couldn't pay for them. I didn't scam anyone, I was just an idiot.

Anyways, is there a way to get back on eBay after being banned?

Make a ghost account. Sign up with a total new information and VCC, then change your info back to normal.

Sign up with new information, confirm your identity with a VCC & if needs be a burner phone. I suggest you clean your flash cookies, cookies, cache and if you have a dynamic IP then power cycle your router/modem to obtain a new IP address. Don't use anything which could link you back to the old account (name, address, e-mail.)

I would say use Tor browser or change your current IP address (login to your router for netgear its routerlogin net, choose the "Use This MAC Address" option and just change one number in the MAC address, then unplug the router and modem for 20 seconds, replug everything, and there you go you have a new ip address). You should also use a different name (spouse, trusted friend, etc.) and bank account (not 100% necessary)

Pay back everything thats owed on that paypal and ebay account and then call and talk to them. Make sure and talk directly with the resolution center.

I would suggest you to not use Tor as its easily detected for instance.

Paypal can ask you Identity Card, Passeport, bills or any other documents to proof your ID if your account go over few hundreds $.

Best solution if its for white hat purpose, ask grand Pa or grand Ma to open a account at their name.
