After Google Penguin update many of websites lose his ranking...please tell me guys how to retain back the position of a website hit by Panda as well as Penguin, in Google ???

You wait. Google is extremely inconsistent lately. It's hard to understand exactly what they are looking for. No one knows for sure, so I would wait it out if I were you.

this is the million dollar question...time will tell...who knows at this point...

No one knows. Try to drive other traffic sources eg facebook, youtube to your sites for now.

Simple: Create authority sites.

I have a few sites that moved up in the engines and are getting stronger by the day that I did minimal to no backlinking to. These are older sites with 100+ posts niche specific.

You basically have to keep on adding content centered around a specific niche for 6 months do
very minimal if any backlinking (and this should be done with 100% unique content on with varied anchors) then you will start to get traffic.

Use old domains, think carefully about blasting your money sites, get links from where others are not looking. If you follow the crowd you will get zapped with the footprint.

See how many different responses you are getting? This is because no one knows for sure yet, which is why you should wait it out.

use Article Submission or Blog commenitng on Low OBl high PR blogs you rank will be increase guaranted!

you can do blog posting with good quality and unique content so i am sure you can get back your rank soon...

No one really knows.
Honestly, webmasters and SEO are in disarray right now. Google doesn't even know wth they are doing.
Just a few days ago, if you type viagra or cialis, the results were lots of forums with automated spams.
Viagra was going to sue google for monopoly because their site wasn't on the first page. It was actually penalized lol.

Fix your on page problems. Aged domains are getting a ton of Google love right now (oh hello Amazon, you've got another spot on this completely unrelated search term have you?). Micro sites are doing poorly. But there's still a lot of problems with the results.

On the weekend just gone, I was trying to find what time the Manchester derby was. Google was showing me results for 2009 even though I had 2012 in the search phrase. Had to go to second page (*gasp*) to get the answer I was looking for & that a month ago would've been the first result.

Be patient, the current results will not last for long. They need a reliable metrics to gauge pagerank and quality backlinks provided a measure of certainty.

Mark my word, changes are coming!

Use Social Media, Drive heavy traffic from there. Takes Social Votes on your website pages.

^^^^ I agree. Use social media and paid advertising for now. Google is screwed up at the moment and NO ONE knows what to do about the latest update. Fuck G, and learn how to rely on traffic without them. I have!

Ironically, most of my "video" websites seemed to fair very well during this last few updates. I've seen a ton of people purchase services from me on their youtube videos, and micro niche sites. I definitely think YouTube Videos are the way to go... i'm heavily invested into them.

I think the update shows that you need to do well at at least 2 out of 3 things.

Strong Unique Content
High Link Authority Websites linking to you
Utilize Social Networking (plus) YouTube
