Thanks guys. Problem is, the senders are in India and I don't think they have WU or PayPal.

Indian have WU and paypal. But you cant send through gaypal as they stopped sending so they can only receive it. Western union works though.

Not sure why they wont use bitcoin if they have so problems.

Really? They keep saying that they cannot use WU to send money to where I am, i.e Philippines. TBH, Bitcoin is pretty damn confusing to use if you know what I mean - especially considering you need to install the software that adds doubt of anonymity.

Best get an offshore address like a remailing service. Say for example you reside in Hong Kong but want to appear as if you reside in the UK or USA. There are many remailing service that will forward mails to your really address while acting as a front. Sign up with a number of online payment service or bank and apply with your Remailing Address. Give your customers a choice to decide where they wish to forward payment to you. Once they pay you can just transfer your money to four diffrent bank account with your really id. Don't ever use just one bank. The more the better in order to maintain privacy.

Liberty reserve is the only anonymous online currency at this moment after egold shutdown , I advice you to use LR and register a debit card at any exchnage service . You will be able to withdraw your money at ATM later.

So if I open a bank account in another country than US, and have them receive payments from my clients, can I use LR to transfer those payments to my US bank from my offshore bank? How would this work?

Western Union. Use a fake name and address also waive "show an ID" option on the form. You'll have to use a question and answer in its place. And it's really that easy.

A friend of mine is involved in carding. He told me they always use Liberty Reserve to transfer money to cardsellers. It's said to be pretty rock-solid.

I'm not sure about WU. I don't use it, but I know it works for this if you have a fake ID when you want to cash out. (You do it through offline stores)

Someone please post a guide on how to get a Liberty Reserve and Webmoney accounts completely 100% anonymous. Where to buy the proxy/vpn, how to pay for it completely anonymous, how to pass phone verifications, etc...
