Has anyone figured out a good way to monetize these sites yet? My site had over 6500 page loads and 2500 uniques so far today, but I have not been able to make very much money from the traffic.

Thats cause you either got zango's gateway page blocked by adblock or you already have zangocash installed on your pc (hope not)

You cannot have been hiding your sources to be banned from 3 networks. Are you using a double meta refresh? Are you pissing off your viewers somehow so that they report you?

How are you hiding the referrer? Please read around before adding that forth network.

When they say "if at first you don't succeed, try again"... they mean for you to try something different.
