It will not take long at all with some decent content and some submissions. I did it for a few sites and got PR3 on the very next updates I did them on. Making sure the places you put links on have both PR and relevance is also a lot helpful.

I've done it a few times, but only with lenses and YT videos.

Not many secrets here: on page Optimization, and a lot of quality, well anchored links from the right places ( true, I was also building on very powerful domains ).

Now, besides all that, these are some things I've learnt with time:

- Integrate and categorize everything you build within a niche: design a good piramidal interlinking structure

- Use your assets wisely: let your profiles gain weight with time and don't burn them with some nonesensical spammy tactic; select a few secondary pages/hubs/lenses and tweak or update them from time to time, get them a new link, etc. Treat them well, and they'll give you good links for your new projects;etc

- Submit EVERY feed you have ( most web 2.0 sites and even ezinearticles have their own feed for your profile ) to the right places: let scraper software find you, particularly if you're promoting some well-promoted, soon-to-launch product

- Do web 2.0 stuff on your web 2.0 stuff : submit your clips to delicious, for example. Optimize every Web 2.0 submission ( even make them slightly unique for each site: I hate mass submission software, but then again I do only WH stuff )

- For god's sake, keep your eyes open : If you're trying to rank for a keyword, don't just start by trying to submit your spammy comment to every blog under the sun when you can leave a smart comment on 2 or 3 blogs/forums within the first 2 pages of Google. ( Also, MANY times there are tag pages from powerful sites ( like Wordpress ) on the first page of results and currently with 1 or even no pages for that tag at all ! Use them. )

- Don't completely discard no-follow links from authority sites ( I love Flickr )

I know most of this is stuff requires some work and it's more appropiate for WH than BH. Also, I don't do EVERYTHING from start for ALL my projects.

great content, great links and some relevancy might make it possible. i normally need 2 updates. a guy here on bhw told everyone that he got many pr5 and pr4 in one update, and everyone believed him, but i cant. it may be possible, but its not that easy if you dont have lots of great sites and connections.

But,i need pr3 for my blogspot blog
I have around 50 blogspot blog and i need to improve it

i have already link exchange for them,Doing reasearch with DIGG backlink(from another thread)
and i think,i still need more link because maybe i only get pr1 or pr2.

IF i create good article and get backlink for this.i think it will take long time

2.some of directories are nofollow.are they useless??which one is better?submit to a lot of pr0 directories or few pr4 directories??

I made PR2 in less than 6 months with a Joomla site and great content...it also got into DMOZ in less than a year...

it was a total White Hat site, after it made DMOZ I just started spamming links from any place I could get them!

Now, it's a PR4 and gets good traffic...

PR 0-2 mean nothing in big G eyes if you going to link to site with a ranking 2 and your page rank is at 0 you will get a bump upwards ...if your site is at page rank 3 and your linking it to sites with PR below it ..IT will bring your site down, backlinks yes weight no..so the motto is if your site is at PR 3- link with site with heavier weight to it ..

IMHO, for autoblogs, it's better to do some good deepbacklinking than chasing for PR, which is no more no less just a number
