Are p0rn blogs still profittable?

Say, posting HD/DVD p0rn movies to a blog, maybe recently updating it with 5-10 posts a day? Do you think people are crazy enough to go ahead and fill out a survey for a HD DVD p0rn movie? What would be the best way to monetize this?

When it comes to porn people are crazy enough to do anything. I personally have a kinda of a porn site , that I get over 20,000 unique visits daily and I recently started using linkbucks on it and it's making me over 100usd the first month... so I'm just saying with a porn site anything can happen and people are crazy enough to make it happen.

I'd be happy with $100 a month haha, how long did it take you to build up that 20,000 unique visits daily? How did you advertise your porn site/blog? (I don't want exactly what you did) stuff like, post on forums / video submissions / grabbing peoples attention with pictures of the porn on your site?

My blog would be just any kind of video but of good quality.

Well I have a unique content that I'm providing so I did not really advertise or promote it. Well you could say the videos that I provided were torrented and that brought about the visits, the rest just came in from searches.

What if you were to use them download sites ( $60 for 1000 downloads ), I honestly think if I was to add a survey to my blog everyone would just leave and not even attempt to fill it out, would Email Submits be different?

I personally also hate using those survey sites, I was using fileserve before which was making me quite a lot from downloads, but since they are no more offering affiliates service, I switched to others like uploaded.to and deposit, but they kinda suck now and it looks like they are also closing shop on affiliate offers from the look of it, so now I would suggest you try filefactory, only ones I know now. I know the survey works for quite a number of people so you could try it if you want.
So at the moment am just working with linkbucks and filefactory, will see how some affiliate banners will work out too. You could try them just don't drive away traffic especially when you are new and when your porn site videos or downloads can be found almost everywhere where they won't be shit bombed with ads and pop-ups, well at least not until you've got the kind of traffic that won't mind those things. That's just my two cents.

Then why aren't you focused on making money? Cut all the crap out and get down to making money, my first step would be to go to where all the money is like BST sections of popular forums and work out how I can tap some quick cash out. Porn blogs don't directly result in making money, selling crap makes money so sell crap and cut out all the BS in getting there. I'm not interested in anything other than making money, which is why I most likely make it because I cut most of the crap out to getting it.

Sorry to sound aggressive, but you have to be to make real money.

I look at porn once a month and wouldnt fill out an offer to see the porn as there are too many sites giving it away.

Porn blogs are still money makers, but massive incoming traffic is required for a nice monthly income.
Like Jeppe said, sell stuff, porn related stuff. Selling stuff gets you money...

Dude you have to remember that Porn sites attract everyone. And specially the teen agers. And without any doubt they are going to do anything if you proved HD porns So i think it will definitely work.

I owe about 100 porn blogs..some people here know me as adult webmaster tbh.I dont agree you need massive traffic.No way at all.I have blog with 200uniques/day that brings me about one sale/day.(Thats more than 600-700$/month).If you work smart you can make it profitable.
P.S Surveys,CPA,PPC at porno sites sounds like a joke for me
