YouTube staff don't monitor this section as they have better work to do with their time. But there are hundreds of minions who are doing the work for them and will report anything suspicious, just to get a little sympathy of Google.
Like the Top Contributors on the Google forums who are posting for free all day long. I won't list names, since they are pretty much known.

BTW Spk was one of these minions but he turned 180 degrees and got to monetize his bug findings.

And here is a tip for ANYONE who wants to report ANYTHING to them: it's not worth it. What will you get, like $500 and your name on the hall of fame? You know how much you can make by just using yourself for 1 day? (if used wisely)
