Don't bother unless you are a $mm/yr brand. Google doesn't want anything to do with small (less than a million a year profit) business, they have made this extremely clear in the past few months. Move on to adcenter, fb and paid traffic - and making stuff people love so your income will be sustainable without SE traffic.

I added a site for review 3 months ago that still hasn't been reviewed. The stupid thing is, the domain had been registered before I bought it and the prior owner is the one that got it de-indexed.

SO good luck with that form. I am betting they are only harvesting information.
