Hello,

When testing proxies, the software goes from 3500 active to 0 working. Nothing seems to test correctly. Are the servers down again?!

Please let me know. I can't send PMs yet since I am new.

The software is working well on our end. Please verify that you do not have too great of a restriction on proxies (port filtering, country filtering, anonymity filtering, etc). Lastly, open the 'About' window, can you copy/paste your authorization key displayed at the bottom of the window, please?

I read the whole thread and a lot of problems are cause your user does not really
know much about proxys. But why should they? You are the crack.
So why not designing a advanced and easy Button?
The easy Button f.e. :

1. Proxys for Scrapebox Haverster (tesetd against Google)
2. Proxys for Scapebox Poster

Perhaps in auto mode the software should buid the two lists!
First the proxys for posting and then test them all against Google
and you have the proxys for harvesting. All this can be done by a
clever user interface and no discussions are needed.

Why blaming you customers with postings like you have to set
set 3 ticks here and in the other menueyou have to copy this
and that. Sorry that bullshit.

You build a great piece of software i would call it a small revolution.
You just have to improve the user interface. Make it like what the user
want. They want to tick a field which says "Proxys for Scapebox Harvester"
"Proxys for Scapebox fast commenter, "Proxys for SEnuke Profile setup",
"Proxy for SEnuke Guestbook" e.t.c.

I really believe the success of you programm depends on making it easy
to get what the Black Hat Folks really need - Proxys for the Software they use.

Do not get me wrong i love what you build here.
I just want to help and share my experience.

When people want a feature added, it is generally done. When people help us to see how we can better design something or improve our existing features, you bet we're listening.

Also again, why don't let us choose if to use our judges or your? Make no sense to pay for something, and if your server has issues, we can't use the software. Also the judge is not so accurare, detect as elite some proxies that are not elites at all.

Btw please fix the trojan Detection.

Our server is rock solid and has more processing and memory power than it will ever need! No need to worry. Allowing people to configure their own proxy judge created a world of confusion and issues. The issue is now resolved because we provide our own proxy judge.

Regarding the elite proxy - please provide a screenshot via PM of your proxy being tested against another proxy judge with pertinent results/information.

Also, which country is better for proxies (filtering)
Finally, is there a way to set the search for fastest ones ?

I'm trying a couple of them and it's so slow that it's not worth it (i don't mean your software but the proxy)
For instance, i'm trying aproxy from USA, speed (saying) 737 (is it good ?) it stalls no matter what i do. Can't complete any pages.
I saw another one 22577. This is not good i suppose ?

Hi, to reiterate what was already addressed via e-mail+support ticket:

Google Enabled proxies are only used for Scrapebox. They are harder to find and will not be beneficial to you unless you?re using Scrapebox. If you aren?t using Scrapebox, do not try to find those proxies; it will only reduce your overall proxy count.

In terms of country filtering, if you do not have a special need for country specific proxies, then don?t bother filtering for them. Some people post to Craigslist or do something else requiring US-only IP addresses for example.

To get faster proxies, click Configuration and navigate to the HTTP Proxy Testing tab. Lower the timeout. 737 speed is decent. The lower the speed, the better the proxy is. Anything under 2000 should be manageable for web browsing. I would suggest setting your timeout to 5 seconds.

I would suggest not filtering by ports, and instead accepting all ports.

If you are still having issues even with the USA Google enabled proxy, then that particular proxy may just be a dud or you are improperly configuring the proxy in your browser. What browser are you using? Try Google-ing for your browser name and proxy usage to determine proper usage (e.g. Firefox use proxy).

2) Proxy Goblin has a plugin that works with SB, SeNuke and other software so the proxies can be automatically swapped out while the SB is running... This seems to be the main reason a person might choose PG over PM.... If you could add it, it would be absolutely awesome.

I get decent results, if I use SB testing on my PM tested proxy list but after a few hours the proxies start to die. It would be awesome if PM had a feature to auto-swap dead proxies with new "good" proxies. I'm guessing to have this feature be amazing, both parts 1 & 2 would need to function well.

Hi, the proxies in PM that are marked as 'Google enabled' can successfully pass a Google search. If S/Box is reporting otherwise, then it is an issue on S/Box's end. It has been well documented on these forums (in the Proxies forum somewhere) that S/Box's proxy testing is flawed. However, your input regarding a SB plugin is well-warranted and will be strongly considered for future updates!

I have to say that I bought this software and it is amazing. Well worth the money when your scraping all the time.

Again, the suggestion is appreciated and will be strongly considered. We should have the feature out soon. Unless S/Box has the ability to read proxies from a file or a website at intervals like No Hands SEO does then no there is not.

Found an error in your "End user license agreement". It says:

"Proxy Multiply's End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Jrim Software."

What is Jrim Software? It is just two random words. But only legal entities can be entered into a legal agreement. If you claim that your EULA is a legal agreement, then you must insert your full personal name or your company name (with address) into the EULA. Jrim Software is not a legal entity, so your EULA is invalid.

So for example this is also invalid:

"In no event shall Jrim Software be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if Jrim Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages."

That means someone could sue you successfully due to damages made by this software. And you will have unlimited liability, since you don't have a company.

Don't have the false hope that you are protected by this claimed "legal agreement". you must insert your official company name, or your full personal name into the EULA, or else it is not an EULA.
