Just received my order.

Honest Review:

Pros:
- Nice Report (design and easy to read)
- Good TAT
- Good Price

Cons:
- None of the comment/keyword luv comments were comment/keyword luv blogs (most were Micro niche sites belonging to my competitors) and my link only appeared on 1 out of the 17 sites.
- The blog which had an active link to my site used my REAL name instead of a pen name (I'm not happy about this)
- Out of the 5 web properties created, only 4 was alive when I received it. (See *UPDATE* below)

Other than the mentioned, there is great potential for this service. I believe it can do really well if these problems are addressed and fixed in the future. Using my actual name on a comment post without my permission is something you should definitely look into though (I did not want my name associated to this clients site), I was very unhappy when I saw that....

I would love to order your service again as I see great potential in it, but only if these problems are addressed in the future.

***UPDATE***: makii contacted me very quickly to try and rectify this situation so a thumbs up for that . A lot of service providers do not do this even after a customer is upset at something. We figured out that the reason one of the web properties was showing as down was due to a reporting error, but the 5 properties are in fact alive.

Makii also assured me that he will work to rectify a few other things so I will be sure to return with a follow up review after that's completed.

Thank you very much for that very honest report. As we had said earlier, our goal is to satisfy our clients with the best services we can offer. As we try to push the envelope when trying to be the best, we are bound to make mistakes. However, we plan not to repeat them. And correct them as soon as we identify them.

The Problems you experienced.

1. Web 2.0's

I have sent you the list of Web 2.0's again just to make sure you got the right ones. Since these are our own web 2.0's we work very hard to keep them alive. Our list has 5 web 2.0's and it shows they are all alive. Like we have promised before, on the issue of us using our own web 2.0's we not only promise to replace them within 30 days, we also have a stop gap measure for them. We have more Web 2.0's than are supposed to be in the report, just in case one is removed.

Please check again as I could have made a major mistake sending the wrong ones to you or worse, sent you one with the login page rather than the article link.

Commenting

I can honestly say I am mortified to see your real name was used in the commenting. I have been asked by my project manager to ask you for your forgiveness. As he sent out the work to our blog commentators, he used your name as the anchor text.

I cannot say how sorry I am about this. It has never happened before in our company and I can assure you, it will never happen again. We have changed our form to request the username required in the blog comments to ensure that it never happens again.

As for the number of comments, unfortunately the nature of blog commenting can sometimes be very unfair to the manual commentator. When we send out the report, we have checked to see they are still alive.

So, its review time:

Package: Ndotoa MAX

Speed: This order took ages. It was due to the connection problems of them, but I was notified and kept up to date on a regular base. They cant change anyhting on this issue, so I am not complaining about it. Bad point is that they placed all my links on one day as they told me, I prefer to get them dripped.

High PR Comments: From 15 I found about 5 or 6. Some resources with nice OBL, some with high er OBL but not spammed to death. Advertized have been 25 Comments.

Comment Luv Comments: From 16 comments i found again about 7 live links. Low OBL again. Advertized have been 50 comments.
Note: I know that comments are removed on a regular base, if not done properly, but this is really high removal rate.

Web 2.0s: I don't know if I am totally misleaded, but I thought "Create your own Network" should inculde the login credentials for the further usage of "my own network".
In times of penguin we really should avoid footprints as much as possible, so I feel responsible that this service leaves some of the common footprints:

All the web2's

- have the standard tagline like: "A great WordPress.com site" or unrelated stuff like "4 of 5 dentists use Wordpress.com blogs".
- have the post in the "Uncategorized" category.
- have the "hello world!" post on it and nothing else.
- have titles like "My Blog" or unrelated stuff like "Herb".
- many use the same theme or the wordpress standard theme.

I like the idea of making the post more natural with adding an authority link to the post. But it makes kinda no sense if this auth link is complete unrelated to your niche. In my case I have a link to tech site in all my posts, pretty unmatching as the promoted site is in the beauty niche. On of the web2s the link was completly missing. Out of 10 links from unique content I had 9. 1 article was not really niche related as it comes from baby niche instead of the beauty niche.

Social Bookmarks: There have been advertized 200 social bookmarks. My Report contains 99 bookmarks for my project and 259 more social bookmarks from another project (but not from mine - hello sports better, now I know your keywords:eyebrows

Wikis: Massive footprint with 100% the same username, but doesn't matter as every wiki I checked manually did not contain a link at all.
Social Links: Have of my links have been placed in the sports better content??
Articles: Checked just a few they look o.k.

Bonus: Awesome a bonus - thats what I thought when I saw the bonus tab. Astonishing that I find mostly links I found in the other tabs already. So you gave me links as bonus which you already gave me from my regulary order (+ there have been no live links initally at the first time I reviewed them for the actual tab :-D example: in the high PR comments tab I click on the first link - Result: No live link can be found to my site. Then I find the same non - existing backlink in my bonus-tab? awesome, bonus guys :rofl

I am glad that this one has been a review copy, I'd bite in my ass if I had payed the full price for this.
Makii, I read your newsletter and found you to be a very emotional guy. Some of the things said there, I'd advise to not to write your customers - they might be honestly said, but they don't grow confidence in your company if you ask me. From what I have read you plan to grow your company, make it big and successful. I wish you best of luck for that, but furthermore don't get angry when you read my review here as it is full of advices what you can do to perfect your service. This all are really needed steps for you to push your business forward.Essentially invest in a better inet - line, if there is a better service on your side. You want a business that remains on the internet? So this is the first thing for you to spend more to assure to get fast help when your connection breaks.Train your staff harder, to avoid this footprints and mistakes. Doublecheck your work before sending the projects out as completed. It is not a fluffy feeling to know that possibly an other guy from my niche gots a report from you with my keywords and URLs and can report me with that to web spam team. Honestly - Increase the TAT, but check your work before sending it out - This is crucial! I have customers from the high finance sector for example. If I'd send their data accidentaly to another customer you could visit me in jail.

Please don't take my review bad, It is here to help you growing your service and make it more succesfull.

@subster thanks a lot for you very honest review. I guess our fear of beating TAT reduced the quality of the last few orders. So this is what we have already implemented in our current orders.

Our biggest challenge was giving out a report at the end of the process. We've implemented a system that starts immediately you sign up. You will get logins to your project and you can see how it is being implemented in real time. You will have a chance to comment as it goes on as well as track your project. So we avoid the issue of having to wait for project completion before you know what's going on.

The links now all drip fed over the period of your project. All the links are drip fed in the system and you can verify their existence or not on the day of completion.

We have reconsidered the issue of keyword luv comments due to the issue of verifying links. We've realised that when we do them they are verified until some later date so for reporting purposes, these would be a bit tedious. We are replacing these with more high pr comments as well as press releases. We shall still add them as they work very well in the system but since we can't verify them, we won't advertise them any more.

As for the wikis with the project management system currently in place, this won't be happening again.

Update: For your web 2.0's we'll be only too happy to give you the logins. That's an oversight on our part. Simply because most of our clients prefer us to use the same web 2.0's over time to build a stronger link structure. If you wish to have them, please send me a pm with your paypal addy to send to.

Took a little longer than I expected but was updated on the delays. The report is a little confusing as links are posted multiple times on different tabs. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or a way to make it appear as if there were more links than we are actually getting.

High PR Comments: PR2-PR3, 11/26 found - noticed duplicate comments posted right after each other with <a href="url">keyword</a> as part of a comment.

Keyword luv Comments: Advertised 50 but 11/27 found - Noticed that you use the same username and try to put the anchor text and url within the actual comment. I would suggest varying the names of the posters a bit.

Web 2.0: 9 from wordpress.com and 1 from blogspot.com, I thought there would be a little bit more diversity.

Social Bookmarks: Received over 200 bookmarks. Found some random links that were not for my site...copy and paste error?

Wikis: A little confused here on these. Report had over 2000 links and I spot checked 25 of them and only found 2 with an actual link the rest had nothing.

Social Websites & Article Directories Tabs: 700+ Social and 500+ Article Directories...but I found multiple instances where links in 1 tab was in another.

To be honest I was expecting a lot more in terms of quality from this package. At it's current state I could not justifying purchasing at full price. I see that based on substers review you've already made some improvements on this process. Hopefully we'll see a more polished product soon.

We have now worked on the time aspect. All clients will now get a dedicated project manager account. You can now follow your job as its being done. Then comment where necessary.

So you no longer have to wait until the project is done. You can follow your link building and comment where necessary for instant changes.

We have removed comments from the package. We noticed that this brought us the most grief. Our clients weren't happy and that wasn't a good thing.

We had to replace commenting with something that works. And we have it.

That was surely a copy and paste error. It's called dealing with too many clients at a time. We have solved this by reducing the number of clients we take on at a time.

There is a bonus and it will depend on your website keyword competition or where you stand on the searches. We shall only ask that you keep it quiet if you review the project. You can say it was good but you cannot mention what it was here.
