Fiverr is slowly dying?

They do provide some quality services cheaply. I would argue that their new found popularity will lead to widespread abuse eventually.

The problem is, what can you really offer people of value for $4.

Since we only get $4 of the $5

So we need to know legit seller on fiverr.... can you guys post their username here?

please don't post your own username. i mean, give me few legit sellers on fiverr.
Why don't you just go there and look around? I think many people don't succeed online because they are just lazy...

i think honeybird nailed it. yes, fiverr is oversaturated with sellers. i first started on it a couple months ago and was getting an order every day or two. at the time i was also promoting it slightly with social networking. i haven't promoted in a while and haven't gotten any orders. there's just too much to sift through over there.
i did, on the other hand, get a message from a user asking how to order my gig when he doesn't have paypal. No paypal? sheesh. i'm sure not giving someone my name and address for a check or anything like that. what's someone with no paypal doing on fiverr anyway?

''fiverr is oversaturated with sellers'' O Yeah Baby that is zo good... so much comp. you can get ever better deals then ppc. I had 5$ invest for 9$ return, now i m repeat that.
DON"T BE THE SELLER, BE THE BUYER ... YOU CAN GET GOOD DEALS!

...paying $5 to somebody walking around with an advertising sign on the Times Square, NYC or something like that

Does anyone know if increasing your views to your fiverr gig still a factor in your gig getting featured?

i give it a few hours. .but i think your account is "bye bye"...:eek::eek: the funny thing is - how many people will order it.. http://www.xxxfiverr.com
account lasted 4 hours before it was deleted. I got 1 guy to jump on it.

Hello. I'm a seller on Fiverr and made probably around $1,500 over the course of 3 months. Not bad. At one point I actually thought I could parlay my service into a full time income, but you know Fiverr they cut me off at every turn. They took away my Level 2 status. They waste my time making me resubmit gigs constantly because of things their editors feel is not within their guidelines (but not at all consistent cause my other gigs are virtually the same thing). My service is pretty unique and cool and I think it could do well off of Fiverr, but only Fiverr makes it easy for me to generate sales. Everything else I do online seems to generate 0 interest. Tried cpc on Facebook and threw my money out the window. Blogged for about a week. Maybe I just suck at online marketing. I def don't want to do cold calling, but maybe that's the only way. Any advice for a guy like me?

But you see, its not made for it.. what i mean is Fiverr was not created to make people real money.. and now you can see that.. it was created like a novelty item.. you know what i mean.. like "spencers" in the mall. Its all about adult gift cards and parlor tricks.. right?

Same with Fiverr.. its was suppose to be stupid and for young people that want to do dumb things.. if you think i am wrong just stare at the first page a bit longer... so basically if you want it done right, do it yourself BH'ers....

If your service is like one of those crazy ones, like to wear a funny costume and hold or a sign or something then Fiverr is your only place. But if your service is related to marketing, that gets the brand more exposure then try to look up local businesses that you think might need your service. The local news sites tend to sell ad spaces, check the ads and see if you can sell the advertiser.
