For example I will get 1 mln views to my all videos (funny videos etc. so this is for kids/teens).

I can put a link a description etc. so people will visit my/affiliate website.

What shoud I promote to get a lot of money?

I'm new in business and don't know how to earn from YouTube but I know how to get 1 mln views.

Please help.

how did you get 1M views for every of your video?

You can sign up for Youtube's partner's account. This way you can display ads on your videos and then make money out of that.

If your videos are good and you are ranking organically, then you will likely be invited to become a partner and then you can add adsense ads to your youtube videos and earn that way. My girlfriend has some good cooking videos and she gets about 200 hits per day between all of them. She earns $0.50 to $1 per day through adsense.

you can promote free stuff offers with CPA networks.
1- if you have a blog or a website, sign up for a cpa network if not make one (not necessary)
find out how to get accepted with the network.

blackhatworld > make money > CPA > how to join

2- find a good offer related to your videos and add the offer link to your video description.

in case that you didn't find any related offer to your videos, then reverse it, find a good offer that
you can make video about.

hope this will help.

Here are some tips I learned about youtube earnings:

1. Add Premium Partners' Videos on Your Site. If you have an
account, log in and get the code for ‘video units'. You can create a YouTube Video Player and customise it according to various categories, key words, and content providers.

2. Run affiliate ads on YouTube videos. Chris on Making Money Scoop has some tips on how to do this using various tools.

3. Provide regular quality video content. Perhaps, you can become a ‘premium' publisher and Google will split ad revenues with you.

4. Start a video blog or site that features various YouTube content. These blogs and sites can be anything from cute animal videos to craft tutorials. Then, run relevant ads and affiliate programmes on your blog or site.

5. Accept direct ads on your YouTube content. If you upload your own videos on a regular basis and you have a decent following, you might want to accept ads on your videos.

6. Enrich your sales using YouTube videos. If you sell an item on an online shop and you are able to compliment your listings with YouTube videos, then it will be useful. Also, you can link to your sales page on your YouTube. This might help bring video viewers to visit your sales page.
