Hi there fellow bhw'er.
I had started this jv before aswell and got a really resally good response to my inbox .
Bascially im a web developer and blog flipper. Ever since entering the IM world this is probably the best way i made my money.
WHATS THE PLAN ?
In simple short words i make the seo service selling websites via my preset templates. All these site look similar but can be targetted towards different seo services. I make these website including the domain and everything is ready for lauuch and to make the buyer money . In a box i create and setup a whole seo business . The buyers will not have to do anywork except outsource.
Whats the problem ?
Well the problem i dont have enough for flippa fees as all my money is invested in creating these sites and im looking for a partner who can list thes sites. SIMPLE AS THAT .
I DO ALL THE HARD WORK WITH THE SITE AND EVEN MAKE THE FLIPPA SALES PAGE, ALL YOU DO IS PAY THE LISTING FEES AND COLLECT YOUR PORTION OF THE PROFIT AFTER THE SALE HAS BEEN MADE. Please note that the profit will be spilt after deducting the intial investment so you get your listing fees back and then your profit !!.
I basically supply and you sell .
I do the hard work, and you pay the fees and collect your profit afterwards.
These site are very hott because they are essentially a quick seo business that requires no work for the buyer. ( outsourcing )
These site can range from about $75 to $300 on flippa and are being sold everyday.
My cost to build one site is about $59 so you can imagine the profit margin there.
