I can REALLY recommend BHTDownloads as VPS provider. BUT: you have to choose the Admin VPS option, because the shared option is pure sh**!
With the admin option you are able to update nearly all tools by yourself. And all licenses work like a charm + you have dedicated RAM an disk space.
Before I used their shared VPS for 25$ and that was a nightmare!
I think at the moment there's only the shared opion available, but wait for the admin option and choose it

We've got several machines available right now, too. With admin options, no disconnect rules and dedicated resources. So anything we don't have, you can install yourself.

With SEnukeX, Xrumer and Scrapebox and about 5 other subscriptions tools or tools that cost $100+ for 1 dollar and 50 cents a day?

Share it and risk a ban.
If they are allowing multiple licences for Nuke i.e you get one of the three "seats" that a Nuke license allows, then that's different - and that should be made clear from the outset.
Sharing Nuke in the way above is not strictly in the devs TACs either, but having been on the developers forums it's something they don't seem that fussed about.
Most aren't though and are just ripping you off with months old software that barely works and jeopardising the chances of the good SEO developers ever bothering to update or develop anything else again.
