Some of our customers have reported being able to recover their rankings with our service after being penalized for using blog posts on public blog networks and receiving that dreaded message in GWT. Of course, we cannot offer any guarantees, but we believe building up a high link velocity can regain penalized sites' rankings.

Hi ,
you report has been sent to you a few days ago. Please be so kind to check your spam folder. We encounter this problem quite often, as a lot of mail providers (Yahoo.com in particular) define E-Mails with .txt attachments (or attachments in general) as SPAM.
There's not much we can do, but to mention this.
If you can't seem to find it, we will resend it immead.
