[need help about adsense ctr]if ctr goes higher for one day is it risky?

my ctr gets higher for one day my average ctr is 1.88 but today it suddenly goes to 11% does my ad sense is at risk?

is there any precaution that i should take?

to be honest i noticed that google kinda took action on this as yesterday i experienced a 65%+ ctr due to an idiot visitor i guess and much to my pleasand surprise adsense actually voided my clicks on that website in less then 1 hour ...i didnt get any warnings or stuff like that ...so if its only 11% i wont worry about it .
