account suspended

my 3 accts got suspended, is there a way to retrieve my acct, or is it suspended for life? I used ad vouchers on my 3 accts and set the payment method manually. Will using a credit card lift the suspension? Here is the msg from google:

Dear AdWords Advertiser,

We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. As a result of this review, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads are no longer running on Google. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center.

There is a very slim chance of getting those accounts back. CC wont do anything. You will do better if you make new accounts not all at once. And alot also depends on how you make them. If you are new to this game you have a lot to learn to make tonnes of those accounts!

I have a couple questions regarding AdWords and their coupon policies. If you could please take the time to answer them...

1. Can I create multiple Gmail addresses and therefore multiple AdWords accounts and use one coupon per account and run ads on them without restrictions?

2. If so, do I need to submit my credit card information? Or can I use the coupons without it?

Because I used one of these coupons in the past on a new account and after a few days Google wrote to me that my AdWords had been suspended due to missing billing information.

Could you please clarify?

I tried to create 4 accounts within an hour and redeemed adwords coupon (I was having trouble to access the billing information on my 3rd and 4th account) and when I tried to run ads, it says that my ads are not running because they are running periodic inspection of accounts (something like that) and the day after that, I received an email stating that my accounts are suspended because of wrong billing address.
So I suggest that you make accounts not that many at a time.

2. You can choose the option "manual payment" so you don't have to enter you CC information. I tried this on 2 older accts that I created and it worked, got my coupon exhausted, so my ads are not running anymore right now

The thing is, I ordered those Gmail accounts from Fiverr... So they weren't created by myself.

One more question: I tried to run a campaign on the account that then got suspended but the campaign did run for a couple days before the account was shut down. However, I didn't receive any clicks. Why do you think this was? Too low bidding? Or wrong keyword-targeting?

I'm sorry I'm a complete newbie to CPC, if you could share your thoughts, that would be awesome!
