Service that plays a message when lead calls client? UK Based

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone knows how to do this:

Basically I'm into local SEO and the rent a site model, my client is getting calls and currently using a coupon code so the customer looks online and calls up my client and quotes the coupon code, however I'd really like a simple solution to this, something that I can record a message so it says "Lead generated by Business Name" so the client knows this lead is from the site, I'm Uk based so I'd like a local service if possible, would be great if I could also see how many people called up aswell.
