Is it possible to use something like HideMyAss Pro VPN for creating YouTube accounts and uploading videos?

We have already implemented support for HMA VPN in MVB but the I personally don't use them as most of the proxies are already blacklisted by YT.

1. How many videos do you upload per day (to WP) and how many do you upload on YouTube?

I've got 40 genuine movies on Wordpress and ONE video for each movie on Youtube. So far my stats are pretty low.

2. Should I duplicate more?
