If you want to make your own tools, you can get uBot or Zennoposter. I just bought uBot yesterday, but haven't had the chance to give it a proper spin yet.

3) Captcha Sniper (a must if you have UD/BMD, reduces a lot of recurring cost)

5) One article source. This should be enough..

Don't buy AMR, has become pretty dangerous lately even on tier 2 links.. leaves a lot of footprint

Amr works fine for me. Just have to scrape ur own sites on the reg
