I have a couple of products that I would like to sell through a CPA, I dabbled in this a few years ago for SMS games for the Australian market,
now Im thinking about the US and gift/health stuff.

Ideally would like to test the market with low/no set up fees.
Anyone done this recently? any advice/company recommendations would be appreciated.

Assuming you already have the affiliates on board, your landing page done and just in need of a platform, I would recommend you try the has offers platform. I'm too new to list their website, but if you google "hasoffers" affiliate management you should find them. They offer a 30 day trial for free. If you need additional time, create another account and start over.

When you say CPA are you talking about leads or sales?
What tracking do you have in place?
And how would anyone know if you are good for the money?
when you say Low/no set up fees alarm bells ring you may not have the budget
to sustain a campaign.

Sales not leads.
For now nothing is in place except an ecommerce site for 1 product (health) and the other is in the concept phase and Im still researching the market (gift)
For my dabble in the SMS CPA the networks wanted a deposit for the campaign plus quite a bit for 'fees' but with that market 100k can go in hours.
Don't mind a deposit, just nothing unreasonable. ;)
