Need a WP advertising plug in - any ideas?

I am trying to find a plug in which will use key words in my posts to place advertising at the end of the post.
For example if I write a blog about Viagra, I want the plug in to recognize the key word "viagra" and put a certain viagra ad at the bottom of the post that I have tied to the key word. I have about 15-20 key words and don't want to have to cut and paste code for banner ads all the time. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
