Its not alot of work, ppi died a long time ago when antivirus came to every computer their is, ive made 10$ in ppi in 1 week and i almost made 10$ with this in one day.

Thing is almost everybody in the warez scene has got like a rapidshare premium account, so most people will be looking for downloads that have rapidshare as host. You can also try and just upload files to rapidshare and post them on warez forums... Then whne you reach 10k points you can create a new account or extend your own, if you have a good connection (or time =) ) you can make a good amount of money by selling these accounts.

How much can I sell the Rapidshare accounts for and how can I use the points to create a new account?

Rapidshare is not such a good idea. You need to get 10k downloads and in return you will get around $5. Just not worth the effort.
