Wordpress Self-Pings

Hey fellows, I've got a question.

What do you usually do with the wordpress self-pings? Do you approve or delete them? And why are you doing it?

I meant self-pings (your post A linking to your post B)

WordPress self-pings as the name is suggesting, are those pings, which are sent by WordPress from our own site to our own website. I used to approve them up to some extent, but after that I remove them.
