Silly Questions, Adsense, Websites

Hey, I'm completely new to adsense, I've always been doing CPA with basic websites.
I've been designing websites for about 5-6 years so I think its a huge waste of skill, if I don't use it for anything.....
I was thinking about making websites, and then putting Adsense or whatever on them
I have lots of questions, if anyone could down any relevant or informative links from the forum or elsewhere that would be awesome too!
Can I use my adsense account linked with my youtube for websites?
What platform do you recommend I make the websites on, WordPress, Site Build it....or just make my own and host it?
Is it as simple as just making the website adding the content and then putting the ads on it?
Is there anything to avoid doing when using Adsense, I'VE HEARD they are very very very touchy

Use your own content, keep it original, dont click your own ads, dont pay others to click your ads. Dont expect to get rich from Adsense unless you are getting tons of traffic looking for something......Then if your Adsense ads are relevant to what your visitors are looking for, they WILL click the ads. Research ad color schemes, ad placement, ect. Most of it is here or on the Adsense pages. Play by their rules and you will not have any problems. NEVER modify any site code or adsense code=immediate ban!

2. Definitely WordPress - very easy to set up a plugin to display ads - then all you need to do is update with content.
3. Absolutely. I'd take care in choosing a niche that has decently low competition and that pays a decent CPC. Most of the work you'll be doing is going to be focused on getting traffic.
4. Never participate in fraud.
