Anyone recommending a proxy service - I need 100 Level 1 US based proxies per day 30 days per month

Low bandwidth is fine...but must be level 1 and US based.

Not sure what you mean by lvl 1 but I have a 250 proxy package from proxybonanza.com and have been very pleased with them. We use them for everything from scraping google to leaving blog comments.

Level 1 - Elite/Completely Anonymous (cant detect using proxy or your IP at all)
Level 2 - Anonymous (can know your using proxy but doesn't usually find your IP)
Level 3 - Transparent (useless)
