I am aware of
CB niche builder(I've never tried)
micro cash machines(not very great but still waiting for 2nd revision)
Clickbump(never tried)
and there are probably many others.

I really think micro cash machines was a great idea for creating niche sites fast but it had alot of issues that should be corrected
if the next version ever comes out.

Maybe somebody else has input on something similar with the idea to Quickly & Easily generate an affiliate site for clickbank and adsense(or any affiliate sale)
so you can pump out many decent sites per day?

Well I think you already know that this type of site building takes an investment so here is a great program to use. It has awesome reviews and uses fiverr for outsourcing everything.

Best way I ever did it... dropped .com's, build a wordpress site on it, wprobot building and pulling content, link cloaker and adsense/affiliate links all over each site. Pretty profitable!
