Australia. The tax goes up every July and I suspect in December as well. The cheapest pack we pay for is around $9 for super kings but for name brands like B&H, Malbro, Dunhill etc you can easily pay $20. They have been going up since 2009/2010. I roll my owne and buy a 50gram pouch of Champion Ruby and it costs me $37 (Australian). We pay normal tax plus GST plus there sneaky cigarette tax all in one hit, plus other hidden taxes. If memory serves me correct the goverment makes about $6.50 in tax on a $10 pack of smokes. They do this so that we stop smoking and if you look at satistics I think something like only 32% of the country smoke and that's from you hardcore smokers to your social smokers. If the goverment want's me to stop smoking they shouldn't temp me by blowing smoke up my arse.

Just to show you what it will cost in Euro and US currency. $20 Aus =$15.72 Euro or $20.59 US.

Once Bulgaria joins the Schengen agreement you can buy a carton of 10 packs for around 9 euros and sell them for 25 euros in Germany, and bank alot. And you wont have to worry about border control catching you.

Bro a pack of Newports is $12-13 in brooklyn and like $13-15 in the manhattan .
ITS FREAKING INSANE!!!

That's why i get my cartons from my chino guy who get's it from a family member
who works at the newport production facility in virginia, and it "accidently" falls from the truck

9 euro per carton/10 packs/200 ciggarettes is about low as you can go,unless your making them yourself in Bulgaria.
