Hey hey everyone!

I'm starting my planning of a new social networking website...do the users of BHW know if there's a place to get the legal white paper when building a social networking site? I'm sure the terms..privacy policy and all that differ from the standard templates of websites. I guess most importantly would be copyrighting/trademark wording.

Nominal cost would be great...free would be better

What this guy said! It really baffles me as to why people ask for legal,tax and consulting advice on here.. (no hate) It's best to speak to professionals in this field. This is the type of stuff you don't want to mess up in the early stages.

The you are looking for a boiler plate. The problem is there are no boiler plates for social network sites, so you would need one drafted from scratch. If this is your next million dollar idea, I would advise you throw a lawyer some chump change and get him to draft one for you.
