Being that many of the discussions on this forum are not 'white-hat', and you never know what you could post on here in the future, I would HIGHLY suggest that you edit your post and remove your last name. After a period of time (at least several days if I remember correctly), even your own posts become un-editable... so if you left it and later wanted to remove it, you wouldn't be able to after that period is passed.

But in either case, Welcome to the BHW Forum... pull up and chair and start reading... lol

Naw... as someone pointed out a day or so ago... you're a Newb... which is different than a Noob. Newb's still have the ability to improve, they're just new at it and have much to learn. Noobs on the other hand have had time and enough exposure that they SHOULD be doing better... and yet, they're not. lol
