I signed up for a SEO/Web Dev VA last week and so far it has been good. Communication has been good and turnaround on projects/requests has been timely. VA seems knowledgeable and has been able to grasp new concepts quickly. My current project is a niche that is uniquely American and its vital to have a solid understanding of the consumers mindset. My VA has been able to make use of the data I provided and seems to have picked it up nicely. So far I dont have anything negative to say about this service and I am glad I now have an extra person to help lighten the load.
