I have 3 things:
1) An idea for a t-shirt that may "go viral" while taking advantage of a major news situation in the media, that will be ongoing for at least the next 7 months.
2) A domain name that is very relevant to this story.
3) A certain amount of SEO knowledge.

What I don't have is experience. If I knew 100% what I was doing, I wouldn't be asking to JV.

I need:
A source of high-quality, custom-made t-shirts, and someone that understands how to deliver them to the customer after they have been paid for.

I'd prefer someone with experience, but if you think you can pull it off, feel free to PM. Must live in the US, and have a verifiable physical US address.

You are going to need serious cashflow for this if you want to make a decent amount of money. Are you looking for a dropshipper for the shirts, what would you bring to the JV?

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

Guys, just wanted to say something to you all.. *sigh* listen guys, i'm gay.

So all you bring to the table is an idea...no one needs you in that case as there are plenty of ideas for shirts.

Man your such a scammer wow your doing this again

I've reported this post (for thread crapping) as well. The thread you started this morning offering some kind of service in exchange for Rep+ seems to have been deleted. I bet the Mod that deleted your thread (instead of simply banning you) regrets that decision. I wonder how much of this you are going to get away with.

It appears to me that you devalue the other two qualities I listed (and ignore the possibility that I have more that which I'd rather discuss via PM vs. open discussion) and focus only on the existence of my idea. Even if it were "just" an idea, some ideas are better than others. There's also lots of entrepreneurs, and some are just better than others. For example, some can see possibilities that others cannot, some have have good reading comprehension skills while others do not, and some have good social skills, while others do not.

My preference would be to form a relationship with someone that has some combination of the skills mentioned above, as well as a positive energy, a willingness to explore the unknown even when others have decided that there is little or nothing there. One of my primary role-models is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Dyson who, in case you don't know, was repeatedly told for years by "experts in the industry" that his idea was a non-starter. And see how wrong all those experts were. The planet is filled with unimaginative people that can only survive as long as their every action and decision is spoon-fed to them; that's why the profit potential of being self-employed is so high. Most people fail to see the opportunities that are jumping up & down right in front of them, and their existence is completely dependent upon those that are not so myopic.

Another thing to keep in mind that the value of a relationship could exceed by orders of magnitude the value of a minor JV in t-shirts. What starts off as a possibly failed or aborted venture in a t-shirt might someday turn into billions. Or, as an alternative you can choose to do business with people like the poster mentioned earlier.
