How the hell do you shorten Amazon links

So I'm finally using the amazon account I've had for years by doing some Pinterest stuff. What's the best way to use your amazon aff code? It's not like the cpa affiliate codes such as peerfly.com/your_aff_code.
If I go to grab the link, it's an iframe. How can I shorten my amazon aff link to something manageable that will bring the user to the actual item page and not the little icon that I'm getting?

Well its possible to shorten amazon link on amazon

Search for your product -> Get link -> Shorten URL with amzn.to? And thats all

You could try using a wordpress plugin called gocodes well if you are using wordpress that is.

I use Prettylink in conjunction with WP. That way I am not spilling my link info to another site.

When you click on Link to this page chose TEXT link only!!!

This is how a normal amazon TEXT ONLY link looks like:
